Fortress command has become bigger and more active than ever as we
expand into different simm area's even though Star Trek is our main theme.
With that I like to congradulate Captain Marcus Cole on his new command of
the USS Magellan, a science vessel. Also a few changes to the site is in the
progress of getting updated as well as the database. SO please keep coming by
and see whats going on.

The Quarterly awards will be coming in October so lets see who gets new toys
are their chest.

We have now working towards bulding a better simms and
recruiting more officers after the changes with TF 44. Since
then we have gotten together and made our goals and ideas
known. Now we move foward with our latest mission of the
Sar Chi station and new races. Let the fun begin.

Gamma base was brought down after the lack of interest and lose of players. We have gone
back to a ship and are now playing in the year 2409. Sorry for the changes but thank you all
for understanding.

Today, Gamma Base is now on its own in the Gamma Quadrant. Where we go
from here is all in our imaginations of writing. So to bring things a full circle,
the following changes are now being made.

1) We are now an RPG site which builds on character which has skills and abilities
that one can use. We will have both forums and email groups.

2) Due to the changes the following changes are now in place.
Commander Cole is herby promoted to Captain
Captain Durst is promoted to Marine Major
Lt. Frick to Lt.Commander
Lt. Gerhold to Lt.Commander
Lt Adamar to Marine Captain

3) A new database is in the works for characters and a wiki is bing built.

4) Any request please make them on the forums so we can review and see
what can be done.
